- Hampton Inn Port Huron: 1655 Yeager St, Port Huron, Michigan. A Hilton hotel serving the Blue Water Area.
- HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof East Lansing-Okemos: 2335 Woodlake Dr, Okemos, Michigan. An extended-stay hotel with in-room kitchenettes near East Lansing.
HomeTowne Studios also brings Red Roof into the Nath Inc. portfolio, alongside Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, Choice, Radisson and Wyndham.
